Refund Policy

At FlowerAdvisor, we strive to provide the best possible service and products to our customers. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the delivery date. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team directly at +6564791033 or send us an email to [email protected] for full details.

  • A 50% charge will be levied for cancellations made less than 3 days notices.

  • Cancellation policy will differ during peak seasons.

Quality Concerns

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your flowers or gifts, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide a photo for quality assurance purposes.

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided for items that do not meet our quality standards.

Delivery Issues:

  • In the event of a late delivery or non-delivery due to factors within our control, such as logistical or production issues, we will offer a partial refund or an apology bouquet as a compensation.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to factors outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions, recipient unavailability, or incorrect recipient details.

  • Non-delivery due to incorrect recipient details will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, you will be contacted to make an alternative arrangement.

  • Full refund for late delivery may be applicable upon thorough investigation if deemed appropriate.

  • Please note that delivery on Public Holidays may be arranged according to delivery policy of each country.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
