The flower arrangement as well as the delivery & customer support service (due to last hours changes to the delivery address) did not fall short of my expectation. The flowers were/ are stunningly beautiful. My partner was taken by surprise and you helped me in making our anniversary a memorable day. My gratitude goes out to the entire Flower Advisor Team. I do have an idea or tip though: If it does not incur too high expenses for your running business cost/overhead, maybe you could provide the flowers with a dissolvable nutrient enrichment tablet/powder which can be added into the water of the vase in order to prolong/extend the lifespan of the flowers. Maybe provide this additional product as an optional choice when ordering. This will add further value to your product & service since your customers can make sure that the beautiful memory of the surprise lasts longer.
