Your staff, Carla, was very professional, polite and helpful. She kindly contacted the florist to find out which flowers were available for delivery that day. She assisted me all the way until I placed my order on the website. Upon ordering, I found out that I couldn\'t choose an earlier delivery date on the website and she kindly modified the order for me. Nothing was too much trouble and my mum received the lovely flowers on the same day. So to sum up, professional staff (especially Carla), lovely flowers, quick delivery and overall, super fantastic service! Totally recommended! :) Monica
